I am seriously amazed at how much better I eat when I am tracking my food.

Check it out!  I did pretty well today!   After I completed my entries for today, I got a little notification that says:


             If every day were like today...   You'd weigh 306.3 lbs in 5 weeks


That's encouraging, but not very realistic.  That's expecting that it's all just math.  For anyone who's ever tried to lose weight and has struggled, you know that your body doesn't always work the way that makes the most sense.  Here's to doing my best regardless!!!
