Sometimes, you just gotta have Pizza/17.January.2013
Oh, this week is going great! Tracking is going well, 2 of 3 workouts have been completed, and, tonight for dinner, we had Palermo's Primo Thin Chicken Fajita pizza! OMG! It was SO delicious!
99% of the pizza we have eaten in this house for the past 5 years has been Palermo's Primo Thin. Thin crust has less calories and less crust, and we like it. This was our first time trying the Chicken Fajita pizza and it was super good. I will confess, I ate half. It was 500 calories, and I paired it with a high protein salad. I am stuffed and less likely to snack this evening. Win, win!
Last night was the second Zumba class at the gym. I was very surprised at our instructor. She was a very fit and fluffy lady. I cannot deny her fitness. I couldn't keep up with her! She was amazing. I look forward to the day that I can do a class and keep up with both the upper and lower body movements. One day at a time, though. Right now, I am focusing on mostly footwork and trying to remain in motion for the entire 60 minutes. I have been successful so far.
In the past, I have focused more on keeping up with the instructor but burned out and lost interest and gave up. I am pacing myself and doing as much as I can without overworking it. I think it's working. Also, I have a great support network and encouragement on many fronts. Plus, I have my own personal chef, my DH. He's very accomodating and he's a GREAT cook!
