Inside the Chrysalis


So, I took some time off from my page and blog and have been plotting a comeback of sorts.  I have been wanting to get myself back together and organized.  As much as I wanted to just be carefree and fly by the seat of my pants, I've come to accept that doesn't work.

I'm in the middle of goal writing.  I feel like these are pretty much the most specific goals I've ever been able to write.  In the past, I've been very vague, writing general and intangible goals.  I feel like such the late bloomer.

Here's what I have so far.

Goals:

Exercise:  Scheduled Time Weekday Mornings
                 Yoga or Weights  Weekday Afternoons

Burn at least 500 calories on Weekdays

Clean Eating 7 days a week, staying within a specific calorie range.

Sundays are rest days

Go to the gym Saturday mornings

Create and follow a cleaning schedule

Create and follow meal plans

Track Sleep and Steps with Fit Bit

My actual written down goals are more specific, but I won't include certain factors for my own safety and or it's no one's business.  I'm not looking for anyone's approval or judgments.  Also, I'm not advocating my own endeavors to anyone else.  I am, however, sharing these things as a form of record and accountability.

That being said, tomorrow is day one again.  All I have to say about that is that at the very least, I have not given up.
