Fat Girl vs. Gym/25.Nov.2012

Veni, vidi, vici.  I went.  I did 5:30 on the elliptical and 16:11 on the treadmill at 2 mph with increasing inclines up to 2.5.  Ugh.  I sweated and I pushed myself to near exhaustion.  I almost felt dizzy.  Now, mind you, ideally, I would like to weigh less than 200 lbs before I turn 40, but my MAIN goal is health. 

I want to keep at a good A1C level. 

I want to keep my blood pressure at a good rate.

I want to be a good mom.

I want to be a good wife.

I want to be the best me I can be.

If I lose weight along the way, yippee!!!  If not, as long as my numbers are good in my blood work and I can improve upon my 6:30 on the last non nuclear stress test I did, I win.

Today, I went.  I exercised.  I sweated, a LOT!  I win.
